  1. I just signed up for a NETA membership. I only have a confirmation email saying my sticker will be mailed to me(not in time for the event). And no membership number or anything. Is the email sufficient to ride the event?

    • Yes, you’ll be able to ride the event. We have temporary number plates at the event. You’ll get a permanent number plate decal in the mail in about a week.

    • Sorry for the difficulty, NETA has a bunch of classes and beginner is in the sportsman group. After filling out the top of the form, click sportsman and the beginner class will be presented as an option.

    • We will be offering optional preregistration for Meriden event. It’ll save both you and the organizers a little time at signup. I’ll have the optional preregistration in place in the next day or so.

As far as camping, I don’t think there’s any registration required. Check with Stuart or Chris if you want to be sure.

    • No preregistration required for Saturday camping Alan. The loop will be well marked and fairly short (about a mile and a half) if you want to hike it and walk the sections. There should be a club member there to direct you, but if not you come into the upper driveway and then into our large parking area where you can setup to camp. Any questions please reach out to the contact info above.

    • You don’t need to do anything to your number plate. The signup form at the event has a check box for “non-compete”.
