On Sunday September 15th, the Rhode Island Trials Club (RITC) is hosting Round 5 of the NETA Championship Series at 283 Escoheag Hill Road, Exeter, RI. It’s hunting season and fluorescent orange vests must be worn at this event.
All users of State Management Areas, designated undeveloped State Parks and Co-op units are required to wear 200 square inches of solid daylight fluorescent orange from the second Saturday in September to the last day of February and the third Saturday in April to the last day in May. All hunters and users must wear 500 square inches during all portions of shotgun deer seasons. Orange must be worn above the waist and be visible in all directions. Examples: a hat covers 200 square inches. A combination of hat and vest covering 500 square inches. Fluorescent camouflage does not meet the requirement. Fluorescent orange is not required in areas limited to archery-only hunting by regulation.

Thanks to all of you that have volunteered to date to help make the TrialGP USA2025 event a success.
Planning and preparation is well underway with significant numbers of spectators already buying tickets, camping, merchandise and experiences online…..
As a volunteer you will receive a Free complimentary pass to spectate on the day you are not working, along with a limited edition Checkers and Workers T-Shirt, Free Parking, Free Camping, along with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on the day(s) you work. As we get closer to the event, you will hear from one of the Organizing Team to inform you of your role on your workday.
To keep track and manage all these moving parts, I ask you to Register as an event volunteer at this site TrialGP USA 2025 Volunteers . With this we will be able to track and keep you informed leading up to the event. Note that the registration does require you to enter credit card information that will not be charged unless you choose to purchase additional merchandise or experiences.

Also, please pass the link to the event website www.trialgpusa.com to anyone who may be interested spectating for one, two, or three days . Here they will be able to get more information, and follow a link to book tickets, book (dry) camping, book experiences, and purchase merchandise.
