2024 Banquet Survey
Use this survey to record your opinions about the 2024 banquet. This information will be used to help NETA improve future banquets.
2024 RITC Practice Day
- When: April 14th.
- Where: Rhode Island Trials Club, 283 Escoheag Hill Road, Exeter, RI.
- Admission is $20 and will be collected at sign-in.
- Sign-in starts at 8am. The school runs 9am – 4pm.
- Pizza will be provided for lunch.
- Participants must be AMA members.
- MUST HAVE: Trials specific bike with trials tires, helmet, and riding boots or work boots.
Other good items to have would be knee and elbow pads, gloves and a way
to carry water.

2024 Awards Banquet
The annual Awards Banquet for the 2023 season and Business Meeting for the upcoming season will be held Saturday, February 10th, 2024 at the at Devens Common Center, 31 Andrews Parkway, Devens, Massachusetts 01434.
Lodging
There are two hotels near the Devens Conference Center.
- Springhill Suites is attached to the Conference Center. Click to reserve a room using the special NETA rate.
- Hilton Garden is nearby and an easy walk of about 100 yards.
Admission
Admission for the banquet is $35. Payment can be via credit card, PayPal or check. There is no cost to attend the business meeting. If you plan to attend the business meeting, but not the banquet, please complete the form anyway so we know how many hors d’oeuvres to purchase for the meeting. To vote during the business meeting attendees must have a 2023 NETA membership.
Schedule
- 12pm – Doors open for setup
- 1pm to 5pm – Business meeting with hors d’oeuvres break.
- 5pm – Banquet guests arrive
- 6pm – Buffet banquet begins
- 7:30pm – Awards ceremony & raffle
- 10:30pm – Good byes
Banquet Menu
A buffet, with special meals for gluten free, vegetarian & vegan dinners will be provided. If you would like a special meal, please choose it when purchasing your banquet admissions.
Buffet: House Garden Salad or Caesar Salad, Warm Assorted Rolls & Butter, Traditional Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast Served with a Herbed Supreme Sauce, Fresh Baked Haddock Topped with Butter & Sherry Ritz Crumbs, Rice Pilaf, Oven Roasted Potatoes, Fresh Seasonal Vegetable Medley, Warm Apple Crisp w/ Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Buffet includes Coffee & Tea, Lemonade & Iced Tea
Gluten free: Gluten free versions of items prepared for the buffet.
Vegetarian: Risotto Stuffed Pepper (Roasted Pepper Stuffed with Fresh Herbs, Parmesan Cheese & Italian Risotto, Topped with Melted Mozarella Cheese)
Vegan: Indian Spiced Tofu (Pan Seared Tofu Laced with Indian Spices Served over Lentils & Onions and Fresh Steamed Vegetables)

- Lowell, MA – Boott Cotton Mill Museum, New England Quilt Museum. The Boott mill has several operating looms and displays showing the textile heritage of Lowell. (21 miles, 31 minutes away)
- Nashua, NH – Pheasant Lane Mall. A large mall surrounded by a variety of other stores just over the border in tax-free New Hampshire. (17 miles, 33 minutes away)
- Westford, MA – The Butterfly Place. An indoor garden filled with hundreds of freely-flying butterflies! (14 miles, 26 minutes away).
- Bolton, MA – Nashoba Valley Winery. Enjoy a tour of how their wines and spirits are made and during the tour, you will be invited to enjoy a tasting of five different wines. (13 miles, 21 minutes away)
New and Vintage Bike Display
New bikes from Jack’s Cycles, Kaplan Cycles & New England Cycleworks will be displayed. NETA members will be showing some of the best and most interesting vintage trials bikes from their collections.

This year we will have a silent auction for the most valuable items and a Chinese raffle for everything else. With a Chinese raffle, raffle tickets are placed in a cup associated with an item of interest. The winner for each item is chosen from the tickets in the cup.
2023 NETA Championship Final Standings
Championship point standings after removing all non-qualifying riders and re-indexing. Non-qualifying riders are those that signed up to ride the season NC (non-compete) or don’t have a work credit. Champ and youth riders are exempt from the work credit requirement.
RITC 14th Annual Practice Day

- Riders must wear 200 square inches of solid daylight bright orange.
- MUST HAVE: Trials specific bike with trials tires, helmet, and riding boots or work boots.
- Other good items to have would be knee and elbow pads, gloves and a way to carry water.
- All trials riders from beginner to advanced are welcome.
- Pizza lunch will be provided.
- Participants must be AMA members.
- Please indicate your ability when signing up:
New rider, novice, Senior/Sportsman A, B or C, intermediate etc. - Provide your AMA number with expiration date when signing up.

Rules Adjustment for Short Season
Because of the short six event season, the championship series rules have been adjusted accordingly.  One work event is required and one event will be thrown out. So, a rider’s four best event scores will be used to determine points toward the class championships this season.
