Complete the form below to submit a rule change or new rule. All submissions will be first reviewed by the rules committee and then presented at the annual business meeting for discussion and resolution.

All submissions should be made by January 7th, 2026.

Proposed Rule Change

Enter the text for the changed rule or new rule. Example text: C) TIME LIMIT POINTS: The time limit for all events coincides with when the NETA president finishes the event.
Enter the justification for the change. Example: Eliminating clocks will make trials more appealing to riders intimidated by time keeping devices.
