The Awards Banquet for the 2024 season and Business Meeting for the 2025 season will be held Saturday, January 18th, 2025 at the at Devens Common Center, 31 Andrews Parkway, Devens, Massachusetts 01434.
Lodging
There are two hotels near the Devens Conference Center.
- Springhill Suites is attached to the Conference Center. Click to reserve a room using the special NETA rate of $149. The last day to book a room at the special rate is Friday, December 20th. 2024. 10 rooms have been booked as of December 17th. We have been granted an additional 5 rooms at the discounted rate.
- Hilton Garden is nearby and an easy walk of about 100 yards.

Family Room
We can have access to the Devens Club room for the duraiton of our event. It has a 75″ TV and would be perfect for anyone not interested in the business meeting, but attending the banquet with a spouse. Please let president@newenglandtrials.com know by December 30th if you’d like to use this room so I can alert the Devens staff.
Preliminary Schedule
- 12pm – Doors open for setup
- 1pm to 5pm – Business meeting with hors d’oeuvres break.
- 5pm – Banquet guests arrive
- 6pm – Buffet banquet begins
- 7:30pm until finished – Awards & raffle
- 10:30pm – The Conference Center is locked and the lights turned off.
Banquet Menu
One of the following three buffet menus will be provided at the banquet. The choice of which will be determined by popular vote. Click to complete the post season survey and vote for your choice. The survey will close on December 31st, 2024. Gluten free, vegetarian & vegan options are available for all three buffets. If you have special dietary needs not covered by these options, the Devens kitchen should be able to accomodate you.
- Little Italy Buffet – Antipasto Salad, Fresh Baked Garlic Parmesan Bread Sticks, Penne Pasta with Meatballs & Mild Italian Sausage, Manicotti, Marinara Sauce, Italian Stewed Vegetable Medley, Parmesan Cheese, Decadent Filled Cannolis.

New and Vintage Bike Display
We are planning a new and vintage trials bike display. If you would like to display a bike, contact a board member to arrange a spot.
Fund Raising

Ten and a half hours is a long time!!!!
Poor wording. The doors are locked and the lights are turned off at 10:30pm. I reworded the schedule to make it clear the awards will not last that long.
